Job Description:

We're looking for target driven people who enjoy the buzz of sales, and have a natural flair and ability to build rapport and listen to our customers. People buy people, so we're looking for Advisor's who are warm, human, friendly, and can speak to customers on their level.

You'll be working in our busy, vibrant Contact Centre environment receiving calls from customers all over the UK who require our services. There is no cold calling involved, and you'll receive thorough training and on-going support and guidance from your Team Leader when you hit the floor.

You'll be brave, ambitious and positive. This is your chance to kick start an amazing career in Customer Service, to show our customers we're the only company they need to go to for their planned and reactive maintenance needs. This is a competitive industry, so it's important you show that you're bigger, bolder and better than the rest!

You'll possess excellent keyboard skills and you must have a great telephone manner. These skills will be tested during the recruitment process.

You will receive a basic salary of £13,250 - 15,600 per annum and there is a fantastic uncapped commission structure. It's as simple as that really, work hard, give us 100%, have some bottle and be ready to pocket yourself some serious extra bonuses, not to mention unlimited opportunity for growth and development to become the next Able Group superstar!

We currently have full-time and part-time, daytime, evening and weekend working opportunities available.

Required Skills/Experience:

This role would suit someone who has experience in:

Customer Care, Customer Service, Call Centres, Sales or Telesales

Must be educated to grade C level in GCSE's or above including Maths and English.
