Job Description:

We are seeking dynamic, eager and confident individuals for our Service Team based in our contact centre in Leigh on Sea.

Our Service Co-ordinators are the liaison point between the customer, supplier and engineer, responsible for co-ordinating all aspects of the service to ensure we provide a high quality of service to our customers.

The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate initiative and common sense but also be able to follow procedure. You will be dealing with queries relating to existing and potential work, and you will be able to recognise and action problems and escalate when necessary. A high level of attention to detail is essential.

The working shift will be 6 days on and 3 days off (rolling shift) 8.00 - 17.00

Required Skills/Experience:

. Experience working in a customer service environment is ideal but not essential

. Excellent written and verbal communication skills,

. Computer literate

. Confident telephone manner
